Meet our mighty founder.
Russell is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur with 24 years of experience, including 16 in executive roles. He believes that rigor drives repeatable growth, profitability ensures sustainability—and that companies that listen to their customers deliver the highest value.
A champion of profit with purpose, the circular economy and of collaboration for positive progress.

Previously, Russell served as Executive Director of ME to WE, one of Canada’s most recognized social enterprises. Under his leadership, the organization grew from $7M in revenue to $42M all while donating $20M to WE Charity. Russell created the strategic planning function at WE for the charity and the social enterprise that supported the rapid growth of the organizations.

Russ’ personal mission is to inspire others that there is ‘a better way to do business,’ ‘that through business we can solve some of the world’s problems at the same time.’
