Our expert advisors are executives, founders and subject matter experts with 20+ years experience. They have experience building successful companies and achieving audacious goals. The objective is to help founders learn from those who've done it before.
How Impact ATM Works
Apply to participate
Impact Entrepreneur submits application and a selection call is held.
Advisors are selected
Based on your problems and industry, we select a panel of 3 advisors with the experience you need to break through your problems.

The panel is briefed on your business and the problems you want to solve.
Impact ATM Event
The impact entrepreneur will get 10 mins to pitch. Followed by 1hr and 15 mins of questions, discussion and feedback. Withing 48 hours of the event the advisors provide written feedback and the event recording.
Going from Event to Execution
We often hear from Impact ATM participants that they love the advice but need help executing. Mightyhum has designed support to make the recommendations from the event and your vision come to life. Execution support is not required to participate in Impact ATM.
Assessment
Entrepreneur is pared with an execution team (an advisor + Mightyhum team members). The team analyzes where the company is at and builds a plan to bring the entrepreneur's vision to life.
Journey to Scale
Mightyhum embeds within the entrepreneur's organization and supports strategy and execution.
Advisor Touchpoints
Where appropriate, the CEO can come back to the advisory table to give updates and receive feedback.

What happens during the Impact ATM event?You spend an hour discussing business challenges with our expert panel. Impact ATM events happen virtually via video link. You can talk about anything you'd like with the one house rule that you cannot ask the expert panel to invest in your venture. You get the chance to build your network and borrow the brains of seasoned business professionals in order to find new perspectives and solutions to your business issues.

How much does it cost?Absolutely nothing. Our expert panel gives their time for free.

Do I meet the expert panel before the pitch event?You'll have an opportunity to meet one of the advisors beforehand. Otherwise, the first time you meet the full advisor panel will be the day of the event. We'll make sure that they're briefed on your company and why you are here. Also we'll help brief you on how to get the most out of the session before it happens.

Where will the pitch event take place?Currently all events are happening via video conferencing app.

How long is the event?The pitch event runs for 1.5 hours.

How do I best prepare for my pitch?To get the most out of the event we'd recommend you firstly prepare a short verbal summary of you, your venture, its impact and a maximum of three issues you'd like to discuss, addressing the most important one first. We will help you prepare for the session if your application is successful.

What issues can Impact ATM help me with?Typical requests for support cover areas including customer acquisition, go-to-market plans, HR and team growth, business dev, strategic planning, good governance and technology.

What happens after the event?We provide you with a video link of the session. Each advisor will also provide you with written feedback within a week of the event. We'll ask you to complete a feedback form. A member of the team will be on hand to follow-up with you.
