Meet our mighty founder.
I've worked as an Executive Leader, Fractional COO and as an Advisor with 16+ years of experience, P&L management of $40M+ and oversight of 150 employees. I've also worked with growing organizations and start-ups from pre-revenue to $20M+. I've done things and seen things. I’ve gone through hard times and disasters as well as fast growth and mass awareness. There are lots of lessons learned and I'm at a point where I want to roll up my sleeves and help more leaders do more and be better. I want to share my knowledge, put it into practice, and make it scalable, repeatable and predictable. I look forward to connecting and sharing more with you. I hope it can help.
